While X-Files fans wait to hear whether Ryan Coogler’s new take on the show gets picked up at Hulu (or meets some other fate) and eagerly anticipate the R-rated director’s cut of The X-Files: I Want to Believe, another piece of this much-welcomed renaissance for the cult-beloved series has arrived. Well, more like 1,478 pieces, all making up the newly unveiled Lego Ideas X-Files set.

Lego tapped none other than Gillian Anderson, Agent Scully herself, for a fun video reveal of the set.

The Lego Ideas line is based on designs created by community members and then voted on by fans to go into production; this particular set won the “Lego Ideas ’90s Nostalgia Challenge,” and you can certainly see why. The set features a detailed recreation of the cluttered FBI office shared by Agents Mulder and Scully (with Mulder’s “I Want to Believe” poster prominently displayed), as well as a close encounter moment that fits on top—including a transparent pole element for that “hovering UFO” effect.

You can display both sections separately (Mulder’s desk area is removable) or stack them in one piece. And you get some excellent minifigures with the set. In addition to Mulder and Scully, it comes with Walter Skinner (their FBI boss), Mr. X (their well-connected informant), Alex Krycek (a fellow but not always friendly FBI agent), Carl “Cigarette Smoking Man” Busch, the Flukeman (monstrous star of standout episode “The Host”), and an alien (obviously), plus a frog and a bee.

While supplies last or through August 10, the gift with purchase is a 221-piece recreation of Scully’s lab, where countless medical mysteries were probed and freaky autopsies conducted.

The X-Files set goes on sale August 4 (August 1 for Lego Insiders); learn more here.
