On the last day of San Diego Comic-Con 2026, size was everything. We saw Transformers, an eight-foot-tall original cyberpunk ronin robot from Extreme Costumes (here’s an incredible behind-the-scenes video showcasing how the costume works), a roving pack of Minecrafters, and a group of wild Luigis. We also saw our first and only non-human cosplay of the weekend from a tiny dog with a big tooth.
