With more than 17 years of security camera and smart home expertise behind it, Reolink has earned the trust of millions of users across more than 110 countries, and the company’s product ranges continue to expand and evolve.
At the prestigious IFA 2026 tech expo in Berlin, Reolink has three key new technologies to show off: Two new cameras to add to its existing award-winning line-up, and a new Home Hub that’s introducing a selection of key upgrades for the AI Reolink builds into its devices.

The Reolink OMVI 2i Ultra
First up in the new products showcase is the Reolink OMVI 2i Ultra. The award-winning OMVI cameras from Reolink are high-end, feature-packed models based around multiple lens configurations and extensive panning and tilting functions, and with the OMVI 2i Ultra, you’ve got more flexibility than ever before: It expands the line to offer dual-view coverage in a wire-free form factor.
Crucially, the camera works over Wi-Fi, which means installation and operation is straightforward, whether this is your first home security camera or your fifteenth. Everything can be set up without the need for wires for connectivity or power, and the integrated Reolink SolarEase solar panel can significantly reduce the frequency of recharges (depending on how sunny your part of the world is).
Just 30 minutes of daily sunlight is enough to keep the camera going, while the detachable 10,000 mAh battery offers up to six months of use between recharges as well, which is way ahead of most comparable cameras of this type.
Like other OMVI cameras before it, the OMVI 2i Ultra offers excellent coverage of your property due to having more than one camera lens installed. There’s a fixed 8MP wide-view camera to take in the full view of what’s happening, plus a 5MP pan-tilt camera for scanning the scene and tracking movement across it.
With 355 degrees of pan flexibility and 50 degrees of tilt on the pan-tilt camera, there isn’t much that will get past the Reolink OMVI 2i Ultra, and its Reolink SyncTrack technology means that potential intruders or anything else of interest can be automatically followed across the frame. Auto framing, zooming, and tracking are managed in real time, or you can take over manually by tapping anywhere on the wide-angle view to direct the PT camera, which can maintain tracking even beyond the wide-view camera’s field of view.
The OMVI 2i Ultra will be arriving in the fall of 2026, with pricing to be confirmed. It’s going to be shown off at the Reolink booth at IFA 2026, together with other models including the flagship OMVI X16 PoE (with 24MP resolution and 16x optical zoom), and the OMVI 3i PoE & WiFi (with a triple-lens 18MP system).
Reolink ReoNeuraTM on-device AI upgrades and the Home Hub 2
The on-device ReoNeuraTM AI engine developed by Reolink offers smarter, more useful assistance for its security cameras, with no ongoing subscription required, and local data processing for privacy protection—nothing gets sent back to the cloud. It provides intelligent detection and analysis, with no reliance on cloud services or subscriptions.
By actually identifying and understanding what’s being shown in the video footage from select Reolink models, ReoNeura elevates home security systems to work more autonomously, and provide you with information that’s more useful: Not just an alert that something is happening, but a description of what’s going on.
Different types of passing objects can be identified, from pets to vehicles, and users are able to query the AI in the same way they would a standard AI chatbot app. If you’re wondering how many people have passed by during a morning, or whether your car is in the driveway, ReoNeura can tell you. You can also run natural language searches too, like “a girl riding a bike” for example.
Now this local, subscription-free AI system is getting another upgrade in the form of Custom AI Detection. It can be used to further train the AI for specific scenarios that matter at a property—like a side gate being open or the lights being on. Once the AI has been trained to recognize them, it can spot them in the future.
This latest AI technology will debut on the Reolink Home Hub 2, arriving later this year for $199.99 as the best way to manage, store, and search through video footage from multiple Reolink cameras on a local network. Up to 8 cameras can be served with up to 16GB of storage, with local AI video search built right in. Custom AI Detection on the Home Hub 2 will require a firmware update later this year, and will later expand to select standalone cameras in the Reolink range.
Reolink cameras are also becoming better integrated into other smart home ecosystems. The devices now work with Alexa, Google Home, Home Assistant, Homey, and IFTTT, with the minimum amount of setup and maintenance required—you can unlock extra features with automated routines, for example, and get camera feeds up on Google Nest Hub or Amazon Echo displays. More smart home integrations are on the way soon, too.
Reolink TrackFlex WiFi
Also on show at IFA 2026 will be the Reolink TrackFlex WiFi, the latest in the TrackFlex product series from the smart home specialists. These cameras are designed to be the ultimate in home security camera tracking, so you can stay safe whether it’s the kids or unwelcome visitors moving across your property.
The TrackFlex WiFi brings with it a dual-lens setup that boasts a 4K resolution, 270 degrees of detection for anything passing by, 355 degrees of pan control, and 50 degrees of tilt control. You can have the camera detect movement and objects automatically, or take manual control to look at something specifically in the frame.
There’s on-device AI here as well, kept local and subscription free, to distinguish between people, vehicles, and animals. That means false alerts are minimized, so the connected Reolink app isn’t troubling you unnecessarily, and you have fewer distractions to worry about from your phone.
Also worth mentioning is the Quick Event Localization feature that snaps into action to make sure nothing is missed. It’s able to capture the all-important context to grab footage just before events of interest, so you know what’s happened in the seconds leading up to something moving across the frame.
