Music streaming service YouTube Music will soon let you share your favourite songs in a new way, Android Authority reports. You’ll be able to create images with selected lines of lyrics from the songs.
To share the lyrics of a song you’re listening to, you just need to select the piece you want to include in the image from the lyrics tab in YouTube Music. You can then choose the background colour and share it directly to social media or send it to friends. Alternatively, you can download the image to your smartphone.
There is some uncertainty about when the new sharing feature will be available. It’s not visible in the latest version of the YouTube Music app. However, as some users on the online forum Reddit can already use it, Android Authority believes that the new tool will roll out to servers and users in stages.
Keep your eyes peeled for an update in the app store in the meantime.
