Motorola is set to revolutionise its phone experience with the launch of a new beta program that brings cutting-edge AI features to select devices.
Owners of the Razr 50, Razr 50 Ultra and the Edge 50 Ultra can look forward to an innovative suite of tools designed to enhance productivity and streamline everyday tasks.
The Moto AI Beta program introduces ‘Catch Me Up,’ ‘Pay Attention,’ and ‘Remember This’ features, with each tool tailored to address specific user needs.
‘Catch Me Up’ provides a comprehensive summary of notifications received while you’re away from your phone. With a single glance, you can quickly get up to speed on what you missed.
‘Pay Attention’, designed for professionals and multitaskers, records meetings and generates concise bullet-point summaries, saving time and effort.
Lastly, ‘Remember This’ is a smart journaling app that lets users tag photos and screenshots with notes. These can later be retrieved easily using voice commands, adding a layer of convenience to personal organisation.

To complement these AI enhancements, Motorola has refreshed its user interface, organising the app tray into Apps, News, and Journal categories for improved navigation.
Additionally, a floating prompt now appears in the app tray, allowing users to quickly access the new AI features.
The beta program is accessible via the Google Play Store and is currently exclusive to the Razr 50 series and Edge 50 Ultra devices. Eligible users will receive a notification to enroll, giving them early access to these advanced tools.
However, it’s not yet clear when these features will be rolled out publicly, or if other Motorola phones will be able to access them at a later date.
