Long ago, Kermit the Frog told us it ain’t easy being green. But, we’d imagine, it’s a little easier if your blood is green. You know, like that of the xenomorph from the Alien franchise.
Check out the XenoFrog, a truly terrifying mashup of Muppet Show star Kermit the Frog and the star of the Alien franchise, the xenomorph. Designed by artist Ed Harrington, it has long been something you’ve probably seen on the internet. But now, thanks to Bottleneck Gallery, it’s something you can bring home as a high-end collectible.
This 10-inch resin sculpture is a limited edition of 500 and goes on sale on the Bottleneck Gallery website at noon EST today, March 31. It costs $165. Here are a few more images.
But wait! You can also get it in a glow-in-the-dark version. That’s a limited edition of 350 and costs $185. Here are some images of that.
If you’ve ever wanted a conversation piece that says, “Hey, I’m a child at heart, but I also like gory, sci-fi horror,” well, you can’t beat Ed Harrington’s XenoFrog. Get more info here.
