One of the most delightful surprises of 2026 pop culture has got to be Widow’s Bay . Apple TV’s horror comedy about a cursed island and the quirky people who live there went crazy viral and racked up 19 Emmy nominations. The streamer wisely renewed the show for a season two, and Katie Dippold and her writing team are currently working on the story.
