This week, Netflix is allowing you to take the red pill, as The Matrix trilogy will arrive on the streaming giant.
The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions will all arrive on Netflix UK this Saturday, 14 December – giving you three alternative action films to binge if you don’t want to get burnt out on festive flicks.
The films have been on Netflix in various countries before, including Japan, Finland and Spain. Of course, the streaming giant’s library regularly changes, so while they’ll be here in the UK starting in December, it almost certainly won’t be a permanent move – so enjoy them while you have the chance.
While Netflix UK has a message on all three films confirming their arrival this Saturday, 2021’s The Matrix Resurrections will not be available to stream in the library.
The American Netflix library doesn’t appear to show The Matrix films arriving this Saturday, and they aren’t available on any other streaming services for free. However, if you have a VPN (like NordVPN) you can use this to connect to a UK server and stream The Matrix trilogy when it arrives this Saturday.
