The first-ever Bluey coaster is coming! Unfortunately for stateside fans, it’s at CBeebies Land, all the way in the UK.

While we wait for the Ludo Studio Bluey movie in 2027 and any news about more series seasons, fans can make plans to check out the world of the Heeler family in Alton Towers. The UK theme park resort features CBeebies Land, named for the channel that features family-friendly television fare such as Bluey.

Previously, Disney Experiences announced that Bluey would be coming to its resorts and cruise line, but only in a meet-and-greet capacity for now. The coaster is the first official ride outside of the walkthrough immersive amusement park experience in Bluey’s World Australia.

Bianca Sammut, vice president at Alton Towers Resort, shared in the news release, “I’m excited to finally announce our new Bluey coaster in CBeebies Land—the first Bluey coaster in the world. We can’t wait to welcome Bluey fans and young families from all over the world to the resort. We’re keeping the exact details and launch date under wraps for now but Bluey’s limitless energy is sure to be reflected in our new junior coaster.”

Currently park guests can participate in character meet and greets, live stage shows, or stay in Alton Towers’ Bluey-themed rooms. Yes, there are rooms that are fully decked out to look like Bluey and Bingo’s abode that opened to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of CBeebies Land.

In the meantime, we’re excited to learn more about the family-friendly roller coaster and whether it will feature an original story or be based on a fan-fave episode (“Sleepytime” would be a dreamy space adventure).  The ride is set to open in spring 2026.
