A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms may be over for now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t keep reminding yourself of the time we’ve spent with Dunk and Egg over the past month and a half, reinvigorating our love for Westeros, thanks to some little plastic friends for your desk.
While we might have to wait a little longer to see what other aspects of the Game of Thrones merchandise machine jump aboard Knight of the Seven Kingdoms now that it’s become a certified hit for HBO (a cookbook dedicated entirely to those massive bacon and goose egg sandwiches, anyone?), io9 has your exclusive first look at Funko’s big-headed vinyl recreations of some of your new Westerosi faves that you’ll be able to get your hands on soon.
The first wave of Pop! Vinyl figurines based on the series will include, of course, Dunk and Egg, with the Hedge Knight coming in two variants: a standard release that depicts Dunk in his commoner garb that he rocks up to the tourney at Ashford Meadow for, and a chase variant of Dunk all geared up for the Trial of Seven in his armor (complete with his freshly painted new sigil on his shield).
They’ll be joined by Tanselle, the tall performer that Dunk valiantly came to the defense of when she was targeted by Aerion, and everyone’s new favorite Baratheon, Lyonel—perhaps sadly for some, kitted out in his tourney gear including his antlered helmet, rather than being in his usual party mode. In fact, said helmet actually makes Lyonel technically the tallest among the figurines by an inch or so. Scandalous!
There’s definitely some intriguing absences here—especially with Egg as the only Targaryen to be found among them—so it wouldn’t be all that surprising to get at least another wave in between now and what will feel like the very long year or so we’ll be waiting for when Knight of the Seven Kingdoms returns in 2027. In the meantime, the Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Pop vinyls will be available to order soon, for $15 each.
