Avengers: Doomsday is coming, and it’s going to be dark. Not just with its story, as Doctor Doom does his best to destroy the multiverse along with the heroes inside it, but also visually. The trailers have shown that the film’s palette is surprisingly muted. Lots of browns, yellows, and grays. Almost like the whole thing is shot at magic hour, late in the day, with the sun setting.
