Even without IMAX access for the December 18 opening of Avengers: Doomsday , Marvel is building a formidable wall of hype for its next big release. Avengers: Endgame: Encore hits theaters in September with some new footage and a “hey, remember where we left everyone?” crash course; it has been seven years since Tony Stark’s big snap, after all. The San Diego Comic-Con Hall H panel, which hyped all things Marvel, put special emphasis on Doomsday with more cast announcements and a fresh glimpse—building on the first true trailer, which released just days before the convention.
