British Sci-Fi Legend ‘Blake’s 7’ Might Get the Reboot Treatment

Panic Carefully

Bloody-Disgusting reports Julia Roberts, Eddie Redmayne, Brian Tyree Henry, Ben Chaplin, Aidan Gillen, Joe Alwyn, Naledi Murray, and Elizabeth Olsen are attached to star in Panic Carefully, a new film from Sam Esmail described as a cross between Mr. Robot and The Silence of the Lambs. Though story details are currently under wraps, the film is currently slated for a February 27, 2027 release date.


The Incredibles 3

Holly Hunter revealed to Screen Rant she begins recording lines for The Incredibles 3 this March.

I think I start in March.  I don’t know [the story]. I never do know. I never know what the stories are of Incredibles. I go in and I record with Brad [Bird], or in this case, I don’t know if it’s going to be Brad, but I think that he’s been writing the script. So it’s very exciting.


Exquisite Corpse

Deadline reports a film adaptation of James Tynion IV and Michael Walsh’s comic book series, Exquisite Corpse, is now in development at Tynion’s own Tiny Onion production label. The story centers on “a deadly game played every five years on Halloween, when the wealthiest families in America unleash 12 of the world’s most dangerous killers on an unsuspecting small town with one goal: last killer standing wins.”


King Snake

World of Reel has word King Snake, a Southern Gothic horror film from director Jeff Nichols starring Margaret Qualley, Drew Starkey, and Michael Shannon, is set to begin production this April. The story centers on “a young couple (Qualley and Starkey) who inherit a farm and find themselves confronting the darkness tied to its past. As real-world hardships collide with supernatural forces, they face both earthly demons and otherworldly threats in a battle between good and evil.”


Supergirl

Jason Momoa appeared on The Today Show to discuss his excitement about playing Lobo in Supergirl.

He’s amazing. It’s my ultimate dream to play Lobo. I wanted to play him more than Aquaman. This is it.

Blake’s 7

Deadline reports a Blake’s 7 reboot is now in development from The Last of Us director Peter Hoar, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder producer Matthew Bouch, and Jason Haigh-Ellery. Currently, no network is attached to the project.


A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms

HBO has released a new “this season on…” trailer for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.


Primal

Finally, Spear contends with a horde of cave-dwelling homunculi in the trailer for next week’s episode of Primal.
