Tim Burton fans, rejoice – the master of comedic gothic tales has returned and brought along a nasty ghost who goes under the name of Betelgeuse.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is the sequel to the 80s dark comedy starring Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, and Catherine O’Hara, among others. In the new movie, the iconic cast is back and supported by one of the brightest stars of the new generation of actors, Jenna Ortega.
The cinema is the best place to see what came out of this collaboration, but if you want to prepare for the Beetlejuice visit to your home, we’ve got your back. We used our best psychic skills to predict when Burton’s tale about the evil spirit may appear on VOD, DVD, Blu-ray and streaming services.

When will Beetlejuice 2 be released on VOD?
In the US, the new Tim Burton movie is now available for rental and purchase on Amazon Prime Video, as well as on other digital platforms.
For now, it’s unknown when Beetlejuice will appear on VOD in the UK. However, you can preorder the film on Prime Video.
When will Beetlejuice 2 be released on DVD/Blu-ray?
The physical copies of the movie are likely to hit stores after Beetlejuice’s debut on VOD. Barbie, Wonka and Dune: Part Two, on DVD and Blu-ray, came out about a month after the digital release in America. We believe that in the case of Burton’s movie, Warner Bros. will likely follow a similar path.
If it happens, in the US, copies of Beetlejuice 2 could appear in stores around 8 November 2024. UK-based fans, however, may have to wait a bit longer for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice DVD and Blu-ray editions if previous releases are anything to by.
Of course, these dates haven’t yet been officially confirmed.

When could Beetlejuice 2 be released on streaming services?
After their release on DVD and Blu-ray, Warner Bros. films appear on streaming fairly quickly, although the waiting period varies.
Dune: Part Two hit Max a week after the release of physical copies of the film, while Wonka dropped on the service ten days after the DVD and Blu-ray debut. On the other hand, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire arrived on Max three weeks after the physical copies release, while Barbie hit streaming nine weeks after DVD and Blu-ray editions came out.
We think Warner Bros. won’t delay the film’s streaming debut for too long – after all, Beetlejuice will work well as both a spooky season tale and a Christmas movie. Regarding that, we predict that the film will premiere on Max in November or December 2024.
The situation may look slightly different in the UK – Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is likely to appear on Sky and Now a little later.
